Fancy exercise.

Occasionally, I get this chill even before I turn on the shower. I feel a sense of guilt. I have this body, with no serious physical disability. But I take it for granted. I am making no effort to keep me fit, build up stamina and get a good muscle tone. Not because I can't but because I don't care much about. This feeling of guilt is a great motivator. Many a times, I did try to stretch myself, do some sit-ups and exercise a bit within the space available in our bathroom. Moreover, you get the best possible privacy. I might even sing a tone or do a jig or something.

I never thought it is a big deal and wondered whether it's worth sharing. But looking back at the time after graduating from my undergraduate program, I see myself spending most of the time with my eyes glued to some screens or with my limbs on the steering wheel and the pedals. Like me, there are many of my friends who forgot about doing some simple exercise. Getting exhausted is not an exercise. Neither do starving help. Eat well and exercise. Going to a physical fitness centre or going for jogging etc might soon enough look like a luxury which you can no longer afford to during your busy schedule.

I am sharing my idea over here. I hope, it helps someone. If anyone got some cool yet practical ideas too, feel free to share.
